We know meeting someone for the first time can be intimidating, and going to a new church for the first time can be nerve-racking. We want to help make your first experience at State College Assembly of God a great one!
State College Assembly of God meets every Sunday and Wednesday at 2201 University Drive in State College.
- SCA Cafe: Sundays at 9:00am
- Worship Service: Sundays at 10:00am
- Midweek Services: Wednesdays at 7:00pm
How long is a State College Assembly of God service?
In total, a State College Assembly of God service is about 90 minutes in length. Services begin with the State College Assembly of God band leading the church in music - song lyrics are projected onto the screens so you can sing along and/or engage with worship however you feel most comfortable. After the music portion of the service is complete, one of our pastors will come up to share an encouraging and hope-filled message about Jesus.
What is the culture like at State College Assembly of God?
Services at State College Assembly of God are exciting, casual, and relaxed. Come as you are and expect to feel welcomed as our guest.
What about my kids?
We believe that kids should have a blast at church every single week - and at SCA Kids, we make this a priority. The other thing we make a priority is your children’s safety. Because of that, we have a detailed check-in process for our SCA Kids program the first time that you visit. You’ll want to leave yourself an extra ten minutes to get signed in for the SCA Kids experience. SCA Kids is offered at every State College Assembly of God service for kids ages infant through Grade 5.
Hang tight while we prepare your form...
"My first time attending SCA was an amazing experience for my family and I. We came for a one-time visit since we live an hour away. From the moment that we walked into the sanctuary we could feel such a peaceful atmosphere. After hearing Pastor Steve's message, I knew that I had to bring my family back and try it one more time. Almost three years later, my wife and I are members of SCA, and we gladly drive an hour to the Sunday and Wednesday services each week."
