During Your Walk

1. Walk with Awareness

  • Observe homes, businesses, playgrounds, schools, and public spaces.

  • Ask the Holy Spirit to highlight areas where Jesus’ love and power are needed.

2. Proclaim the Gospel

  • Speak blessings and declarations in Jesus’ name over your neighborhood.

  • Examples:

    • “Bring the Gospel of Jesus to this house!”

    • “I plead the blood of Christ over this street”

    • “Encounter these dear ones with your love Jesus”

3. Pray Scripture with Power

  • Protection: Psalm 91:1-2 — God’s presence shields and defends.

  • Authority Over Darkness: Luke 10:19 — “I have given you authority to overcome the enemy.”

  • Salvation for Families: Romans 10:9-10 — Pray that neighbors encounter Jesus personally.

  • Peace & Prosperity: Jeremiah 29:7 — Pray for the welfare of your city and its people.

4. Pray Out Loud or Silently

  • Declare God’s Kingdom, Jesus’ Lordship, and His power over every home and street.

  • Pray for healing, provision, and salvation.

5. Listen and Respond

  • Pay attention to impressions, Scripture, or areas needing extra prayer.

  • Write them down to follow up in future walks.

6. Bless the People You Encounter

  • Smile, wave, or speak a brief blessing:

    • “Jesus loves you!”

    • “God bless you today!”

  • Respect Property: Pray from the sidewalk; focus on blessings and the Gospel.

  • Thank God for His power, presence, and protection over your neighborhood.

  • Declare: “May Your Kingdom come and Your will be done in this community, Lord Jesus.”

  • Reflect on impressions and continue to pray for people and places God highlighted.
