Thank you for being interested in our Holiday Care Packages Program. Last year, we were able to give out over 500 Holiday Care Packages, and it was made possible by YOUR generosity! This year, our goal has increased to 1000 Holiday Care Packages. These packages will benefit families/individuals in the Centre County region by providing them with the means to enjoy either a Thanksgiving or Christmas meal they would otherwise not be able to have. (To learn more about the packages themselves, and hear more about the program, please watch the video below)

We are incredibly grateful to be partnering with numerous local agencies - including our local police departments - to get these packages into the hands of those that need them, and to provide the shelf-stable goods for the care packages. We are excited that all the shelf-stable goods for this year have been donated by one of our partner organizations. However, we are still in need of $25 grocery gift cards for each care package.

We would love to have you be a part of this program by donating $25 grocery gift cards (Weis, Giant, or Wal-Mart). Alternatively, if you would like to make a monetary donation in lieu of purchasing a gift card, please visit www.scassembly.org/give and choose "Holiday Care Packages" under "fund." All donated funds will go towards meeting our goal of 1000 care packages.

All gift cards must be dropped off by Wednesday, November 2nd, and may be dropped off at the following locations during normal business hours (unless otherwise noted):

  • State College Assembly of God // 2201 University Dr, State College, PA 16801 // Monday-Friday 9a-4p, or before or after services.
